“The Swedish Balance combination Intro”:
Assessment/treatment/Pilates exercises
This is a 2 part session:
1. Come into my office in Playa del Rey for a ca 45 minutes assessment.
This session will include a look at posture and alignment, and a brief hands- on treatment.
2. The second part will take place in a fully equipped Pilates studio in the vicinity of Venice/Mar VIsta. It’s a 55 minutes full Pilates session, with carefully chosen exercises for your individual needs and an assessment of the body in motion.

The Swedish Balance signature session: Hands-on Bodywork & Massage Therapy
This session is customized to each individual due to needs or requests. I typically include Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, guided imagery with energy work, Reiki, Swedish, and Craniosacral Therapy depending on needs or requests. Posture realignment and exercises can also be included in the longer sessions. Upon request, prior to the in- person visit, this treatment can also include hypnotherapy, or, it can be simply focused on a soothing, connected, healing, caring, and relaxing massage

Mindful Pilates
These sessions are geared towards building strength and flexibility and to assess and correct imbalances in your muscular system as well as in the alignment and posture of the body.
